Here is what you will need

Draw a small circle

Draw a cross inside the circle and the vertical one should be longer than the diameter of the circle a bit

Draw 3 small lines at the below of the circle on the vertical line shown above

Connect the sides of the circle to the third line to make the head

Draw the neck

Than draw the shoulders that should be slightly longer than than the face

Draw two line connecting the shoulders this will be the outside of the arms

Draw the waist and the arms

Mark the waist and draw the legs

Decide what garment will you draw, I decide to draw a summer dress remember to draw the breast if you are drawing a girl

Rub off markings that you have made

Add shading and details if you want
