Step 1) Draw a big round head (like so).

Step 2) Draw two round, large (not too big ) eyes ( leave blank ).

Step 3) Colour the bottom half of the eyes but leave a small gaps in them.

Step 4) Draw a tiny button nose.

Step 5) Draw six small hairs on the top of the head.

Step 6)Draw tears under eyes ( like so ).

Step 7) Draw a tiny neck and add small shoulders ( like in pic above ).

Step 8) Then add a small body.

Step 9)Then add a tiny, sad mouth.

Step 10)Then add tears.

Step 11) Add a small puddle around him.

Then colour in any way you want.
