First draw a line.

Then draw two C on the sides of the line.

The draw two more new Cs on top of old Cs.

Then draw a skinny S on top of the C you just drew.

Next draw a curved line connecting the other C to the skinny S.

Then for the eyes draw to circles.

Then draw little circles inside the the bigger circles.

Then fill them in.

Then draw a cute little mouth.

And some blushing cheeks.

Then add details

Then color it.
