Get your supplies

Draw a circle

And two lines from the middle of the circle

Connect the rest of the lines

Draw pupils on the eyes looking outward

Draw shines

And fins

Draw a tail

And add detail in the fins and tail

Draw lips

And finely draw some scales above the eyes

Draw bubbles

And long lashes (if a female)

Then colour!!
