Connect the 1st line on the first row with the 2nd line in the 2nd row like so

Connect the 1st line on the first row with the 2nd line in the 2nd row like so

Now connect the 2nd line on the 1st row with the 3rd line on the 2nd row

Now connect the 2nd line on the 1st row with the 3rd line on the 2nd row

Draw a line from the 1st line in the 2nd row to halfway on the line that we drew in the 2nd step (the line connecting the 1st line with the 2nd) and repeat for the other side

Draw a line from the 1st line in the 2nd row to halfway on the line that we drew in the 2nd step (the line connecting the 1st line with the 2nd) and repeat for the other side

And Whalaaaa....,.! You're Done.....!! ;D
