Draw a cloud and leave a gap at the bottom ( sorry I don't know why it has turned upside down!)

Then draw two wavy lines coming down from each side

Now connect them . On this part you can do it it what ever what you want

Now draw two eyes and the mouth part

Now draw wavy line on the part at the bottom. It should look like this

You can use what ever colours you want but I did the first section with pink sharpie

This is how I did mine

Now fill in the eyes and outline the rainbow part

Now outline the whole cloud

I did two and these are how mine turned out .
