How to draw a cartoon otter

Gather supplies.

Draw an oval. This will be your otter's nose.

Draw a circle around the nose.

Same on the other side. These are the cheeks.

Now draw a rainbow -shape. This is the chin.

Same thing on the other side but bigger. This is the head.

Add dots on the cheeks. These are the wiskers.

2 ovals for the eyes

Ovals inside ovals

Shade in eyes

Add mouth

Triangles for ears

Finishing touches on face: ears and eyebrows

Add body

Make belly

Draw arms I did mine in a cartoony action but u can position it however u like

Add claws

Add feet

Draw the tail
