Draw a curved line with a crack in it.

Draw two more curved lines coming down from the previous line.

Draw two more smaller lines from the previous ones.

Link the two last lines with a big curve. This will be the hair.

Draw another curved line at the bottom of the hair. This will be the outline of the face

Draw two diagonally pointing upwards lines. These will be the eyes.

To finish it off, add a smiley mouth.
