How to draw a cartoon belle

First draw a u shape.

Add 2 curved lines as bangs

Curve bangs and add a cubed line under it.

Connect.

Add 2 curved lines at the top.

Add a bun like shape.

And an elastic.

Eyes. I drew a big circle with smaller circles inside and filled in the rest and added eyelashes
