Kick both of your legs into the middle splits.

Take two steps.
Push off the ground.
Kick your right leg forward. Kick the left leg back. Your left leg should try to kick your head.
How to do a Switch Leap.
Take two steps.
Swing the left leg foward to a low angle.
Swing the left leg back. Kick the right leg up.
