Get all your needed items
Soccer ball, shoes and a wide open area
Grab any type of ball but preferably a soccer ball
Go to an open area with nothing breakable around you because this takes lots of practice and you won't get it the first couple tries.
Have your most dominate foot in front with your toe pointed forward and your least dominate foots toe pointed to the side
When your done with step three, your feet should look like an L or backwards L depending on your dominate foot
Put the ball where your feet conjoin
Slowly roll the ball up your leg with your non dominate foot
When the ball is about 4-6 inches up your leg bring your dominate leg up and jump a little so both feet are off of the ground
Flick the ball upwards when you bend your leg and hit the ball with the center of your heel
It takes time to get it directly over your head. But if you hit the ball in the center it should go over your head
- Shoes preferably tennis shoes or soccer cleats
- Soccer ball
- Wide open area where there is no breakable items
