STEPS
TOOLS
Put on your socks.
Step onto a hardwood slippery floor.
Set one foot into a position where it has only its toes on the ground and its heel up in the air.
Now put your other foot flat on the floor, next to the foot with the heel in the air.
Next is moving your feet. First slide the foot that is flat on the ground backwards.
Keep the foot with the toes on the ground in place.
Now switch the feet positions by bringing the heel up on the foot that you just moved back.
So now you switch the other foot with the heel in the air as well, by placing it flat on the ground.
Now repeat steps 5 and 6 and move the other foot that is flat on the ground backwards, keeping the other foot in place.
Now you have learned all the basics to doing the moonwalk! To get the full effect you have to repeat these steps as many times as you want. Once you get the hang of it, try to do it without stopping.
