Note: the instructions are formatted so that you can mirror the example pictures.
Start by leaning your hips to the right. Curl your hands into fists and position them to your left as shown.
Swing your arms to the right, keeping your right arm in front of your body and your left arm behind your body. At the same time, swing your hips to the left.
Swing your arms to your left, back to your initial position. At the same time, swing your hips to the right. Step 2 and Step 4 should look identical.
Once again, swing your arms to the right, except this time keep both arms in front of your body. At the same time, swing your hips to the left.
Swing your arms to the left, keeping your left arm in front of your body and your right arm behind your body. At the same time, swing your hips to the right.
Swing your arms back to your right. At the same time, swing your hips to the left. Steps 5 and 7 should look identical.
Swing your arms to the left, keeping both arms in front of your body. At the same time, swing your hips to the right. You are now back at the starting point.
To "Do The Dana" repeat steps 4-9 as desired.
