How to do sparkly three - toned nails

Base coat polish.

Start off with your base coat.

Sea blue polish. It looks a lot darker in the picture, but it's actually 2 to 3 tones lighter in colour.

Paint a little more than half your nail with this colour.

Fluorescent polish. Again, it looks a lot darker and less brighter than its actual colour. Paint a little more than half your nail with this colour.
