So since it looked like people wanted this I'll make a guide to show how to do your right/left splits.
Stick one leg out (the leg you want to get your splits on) and put the other one as shown.
stretch your arms out and try to touch your toes. keep stretching every day for 10-15 minutes.
also, there is a stretch where you stand up and spread your feet a little wider than shoulder width, and reach down and try to touch your toes without bending your knees ( look at next slide)
You can also stretch your oversplits. Put your front foot on low chair or stair. then go into splits. this should hurt but it will make your regular split much easier
eventually, your split will end up looking like this. I hope will help you get your splits 😊
