I got this idea from The Nailasaurus. She has the most amazing blog and got me started in all this nail art. But I've never seen it here, so I thought I'd make one! :)

Always start with a base coat. It will help protect your nails from staining and for the polish to adhere better!

Paint your nails a pastel blue. (I'm using Essie's Lilacism) Pastels and sheer colors streak easily, but don't worry. We'll be covering most of it up.

For the adding of colors, use some tweezers and a small piece of a make up sponge.

Add in a pastel yellow. (I'm using Sinful Colors' Unicorn)

I added in a lot of purple. But mistakes are easily hidden here. I just went back in with my green.

You can use ANY pastel colors in any kind of shapes or amount. The possibilities are ENDLESS!

I added in some different sized dots and stars. Finished with a matte top coat and it's all done! I hope y'all enjoy!!
