How to do owl nails

I'm going to do my owl on my thumb. I would rather do it on my ring finger but my nails are really small

Paint a tall semi circle

Make two small semi circles on the sides of the big one

Make two ears

Make two dots (eyes) with white.

Make a smaller black circle

Make the nose

Make three white dots for the stomach

Paint the outside a light blue. I would have done this before but I forgot...
