after your base coat, apply your lightest colour
on your makeup sponge, take your nail polish colours, and make stripes of the colours in the order you want
sponge it on your nails kind of smudging it
this is what you should get
clean up the edges with cotton swabs and nail polish remover
add your clear coat and you're done!
