You can't choose just any piece of newspaper

Make sure the words are spaced together and don't use pictures

Pour some rubbing alcohol into the bowl http://tinyurl.com/m8nw4x3

You don't need much only enough to dip all of your nail into it

Dip your whole nail in the rubbing alcohol for 5 seconds

Place the piece of newspaper on your finger for about 10 seconds

Make sure you press firmly and press the newspaper onto all of your nail.

Repeat steps 10-12 for all of your nails

Now if there is any text from the newspaper around your cuticle

Get nail polish remover and a q-tip

Get your q-tip wet with nail polish remover with a generous amount

And gently rub that text away with the q-tip
