How to do newspaper nails

Paint your nails a light base color and wait until they are COMPLETELY dry

Pour some rubbing alcohol in a small cup

Cut pieces of newspaper up into squares just bigger than your nails

Dip your nail and the newspaper into the rubbing alcohol-make sure they are both completely wet

Press the wet newspape onto your nail FIRMLY for 15-30 seconds

Remove the piece of newspaper

Repeat with all your nails(my thumb is blue because I was tie dying lol)

*IMPORTANT* seal with a clear topcoat so that the ink doesn't come off and you're good to go!
