Take a light matte brown shadow...

Sweep this across the lid...

Take a darker matte brown...

And blend this into the crease and outer corner...

Take a matte black on an angled eye brush...

And lightly pat this into the lashline, slightly blending upwards so create a smokey brown...

Take this onto the lower lashline too...

Take a light gold...

And highlight the inner corner of the eye...

Run a brown or black kohl liner onto the top and bottom waterlines...

Apply mascara to top and bottom lashes...

And you're done!
