How to do fake acrylic nails

Your supplies

Clean your nails very good

Clean nails!

Take a piece of tape, not too long or you'll waste a lot of tape

Take the tape and place it sideways on just the tip of your nail

Cut it down to size

Take your nail file

File down so tape line blends in with your nail

If you want you can buff your nail a bit too

Get some clear glue on your paintbrush

Put clear glue on the tip of you nail where the tape is. Try to make a crescent shape for where you want the glitter to be. If you want to just use regular nail polish do that instead of glue.

Dip your nail in glitter

Blow off excess

Clean up edges

Take some more clear glue and roll it in the baking soda to just give the glue a light dusting

Put all on you actual nail to give it a whiter more acrylic looking nail

Dab more glue on the tip of your nail where the glitter is

Put more clear glue on the base of your nail

Done!
