Put all liquid makeup onto a makeup pallet of some sort

With a makeup brush sporadically place dots onto face

Before finishing white dots on the face make a watery eye with blue face paint

Next with the yellow paint write POW!!! Or any saying/word of your choice

Using the red paint fill in the lips

Ready to outline and fill in pow with red paint

After the red is filled in you want to outline all colors that where applied to face in black

All done with a little noes and chin outline. Fast, fun, and easy
