How to do cute, simple nails for new years

Wearing a silver dress for New Year's and I wanted my nails to be somewhat similar without doing a standard French manicure. This is what I came up with. :)

First do your base coat (no photo) then do a coat or two of your pale pink. I used Pink Glass by Sinful Colors, even better though if you have the natural color from a French manicure set.

Put a small amount of your loose glitter in a tray. I used a white/silver crafting glitter I found at the dollar store.

Paint just the white part of your nail with the clear coat then dip it into the glitter. Gently tap off any excess with your other finger.

Add a small decal on your thumb and top with clear coat.
