How to do cartoon style nails

Here's the stuff I'm using :)

Start with a base coat

This is optional, but before I use a neon bright colour, I use white underneath because it makes the colour brighter! The white is salon perfect brand and the colour is sugar cube.

After the white dries, put the pink overtop of it. I used sinful colors boom boom for the pink.

Here is the type of black nail art pen I'm using for the outlining. It takes a lot of patience and a steady hand. All you have to do is paint around the edge of the nail.

Like this. It looks pretty messy right now. Haha

Here is the white nail art pen. All you do, is make an exclamation point on one side of the nail to make it look like shine on the nail

Like this. It looks better if you use matte stuff, but I don't have anything like that at the moment. Add a topcoat to the nails so the design doesn't mess up.

To clean the cuticle and sides, take a cotton swab dipped in non-acetone nail polish remover and gently rub it away.
