Stretch! Make sure you have at least one of the splits - either left or right.
Figure out what foot your better at doing splits with. Mine is the right. The foot your better at put/keep on the floor and left the back foot to put on the wall/door.
Move your base leg (leg on the floor) back untill it is close or next to the door. Start lifting your back leg higher and higher.
Once you get your back leg fully extended start pushing against the wall/door to get into the split position.
Dont be upset if you cant get it 100% the first try. This is when i did it for about the 5th time.
The next day.. I came back and tried again and got further!
That is how to do a "Wall Split" not sure if there is a technical term or not. But i call it a wall split.
