Stand with your legs a shoulder width apath . Keep your arms to your sides . Find your balance because it will help you balance and help you excecute the side aerial.
Run before you get more speed and momentum. It will make it easier to do the trick without your hands.Make sure your steady for the aerial.
Step 3 Once you have taken a few steps bring your launching leg off off for the aerial.So it will be parallel to your chest.Bring up your launching leg and hop with your other leg.Keep your hands away
Step 4 Once you hop with your leg plant the launching leg on the ground.Keep the knee away away from your launching leg.Bend and bring your arms down so they are level.
Step 5 Your leading planted then kick off your back leg.Your torso will be horizontal to the ground with your leading leg.As your other leg will be leading behind you.
Step 6 Keep whipping up your front leg then launch your leading leg so both of your legs will be above your leg.Keep your hands tight so you don't wack yourself with your hands.
Step 7 Finish the aerial, Swing your leg between your arms so you can plant on the floor good.If your leg is swinging and your arms are in the way move your arms and hold them even tighter.
Step 8 When your nearly finished you always have to keep training and practicing.
Step 10 Lastly keep on practicing and training for straighter legs and higher side aerials and then you are done.😄
