How to do a show choir bump

Brush your hair back so you have no part and put it into a pony tail the night before you have to do a bump and keep it in until you do your bump.

Split your hair into two parts a bottom layer and a top layer, it should be split as if you’re going to do a party pony

Split your hair into 3 sections (you may need someone to help you split and hold or you can put each section into ponytails) the front section is the smallest, middle is the biggest, back is inbetween

Take the back section, tease the front of it, hairspray it then tease again

Take the middle section tease both the front and back, hairspray both sides then tease again.

Take the front section and tease only the back then hairspray it, then tease again.

Take at least 2-3 elastics that match your hair color, black, or clear and put the three sections together into a party pony

Once in a party pony start Bobby pinning it (make sure you pin down the pony tail right) but otherwise pin towards the middle of your head and push the bump up toward the front so it can be tall

After you pin everything down hairspray the crap out of it.

After you pin everything down including loose pieces and fly aways to get it to look like this (make sure it’s not squared, but round and looks natural) it should be 2-3 inches tall

Next curl the bottom half of your hair and your pony tail from the bump (you can curl your whole head at the very beginning, but I find it easier to do it after)

After you curl your whole head and spray everything down including the bump again, test it with a few hair flips to make sure it will stay in while you’re performing

If pieces are coming out of your bump or your bump feels loose, pin them down again and hairspray them

If your bump stayed in tight and your curls did too... YOU’RE READY TO GO OUT AND SLAY SOME FACES WHILE PERFORMING!
