You can start of with doing the splits and holding them for 5 min. Each! And remember to do this to both legs so they are stretched evenly

After you do each split try to lay backwards with your hands grabbing your back foot! Hold it for 1 minute each leg

Do this every night then u should be able to do a scorpion. Hope this helps!
