Hey!! In this snap guide, I will be showing you how to do a scorpion!!
Start with stretching your back. I usually do a bridge. You can look up more stretches. To do a bridge, lay on your back, bend your knees, put your hands by your ears, and push up. 😀
Start by grabbing your leg at the middle of the front of your foot as shown above
Then cross your other arm over and grab your toes
Turn the hand you grabbed the middle of your foot inside the hole you just made so that now you are grabbing the back of your middle foot
After you have done this, your ready to pull it!!
