First stretch! This is really important because you can pull a muscle and/or get seriously injured.
Next do some practice Scorpians to get used to the feeling (at least two)
Then do your scales (at least two)
After you loosen your muscles you are ready to pull both!!!
First you are going to pull your Scorpian and then hold it for at least 4 seconds then you will grab your ankle with your hand closest to the "crowd"
Then pull your other hand to a half V while your pulling your Scale up
