Stand facing the front with feet together and hands by your side.
Step to the right, with your right foot so your feet are shoulder width apart.
Step to the front with your left foot, make sure all your weight is on this foot. Leave your right foot where it is, put your right arm in a T position and your left arm straight out in front of you.
Put your right foot to your left knee and hold your arms in front of you like you're holding a beach ball.
Make sure throughout the whole time you're turning you're up on your toes, with your heel off the ground
You have to "spot" look before you turn, to the right and let your body follow
Then spot to the back letting your body follow, making sure you keep your core muscles tight.
Again, spot to your right, and let your body follow your head
For the last time spot to the front, with your body following, make sure you have a triangle with your bent leg and straight one.
Last, land the turn with your feet together, knees bent, and hand by your side with palms facing the front. Congratulations! You've done a pirouette
