How to do a halloween nail art

You will need :

Star with a base coat ! As usual. Mine is from Hema

Apply two coats of a silver nail polish. Wait after the first coat and after the second one wait more ! Read my other guides for example ;)

Make big dots with the white. It don't have to be perfect, you're not in arts school !

When dry add blue dots with the big side of the dotting tool

And with the small part, add black dots ( for the pupil )

Add details, a small white dot for the reflection and red veins.

Don't forget the top coat !

And you're done ! Hope you like it. Of course you can change the colors of the background and the eye.
