So guys this is the mat you can use. you can also just use a really soft carpet. Wristbands are optional.
So you want to put your foot out so you can get ready to go onto your front walk over or your bridge.
Start to put your legs in the air so you can get ready into your bridge come up or your front walk over.
So now you’re going to put your legs fully up reaching into a bridge.
So now you’re in the bridge ready to come up and if you can’t get into a bridge just practice going on the ground in getting back up
So now you’re coming up out of the bridge and you’ll start just coming up by halfway and then you can stand up fully
