1)Get on proper running shoes
2)Find a soft/flat open space to do the front hand spring on
3)Stretch and warm up your arms and legs
4)Get a running start
5)Place your hands onto the ground and launch your legs into the air
6)Flip your legs over your head and onto the ground just like your doing a back bend
7)Once your legs touch the ground bring your arms off the ground and bend your legs like your doing a squat
