How to do a flow plait

First tie your hair up into a pony tail in the middle of your head.

Then from your pony tail get a bunch of hair.

From the bunch of hair separate it into three equal parts.

Now plait your way down three and grab a bit of hair from your pony tail and join it into the last separated bunch of plait.

When you have joined the part to your plait start plaiting down again.

And start plaiting down three again and join another little bit of the pony tail to your plait. You do this all the way down the pony tail

Then you tie the plait up with a lackey band once you finished, and this is what your should look like.
