How to do a christmas light mani

Begin with a white background (or just any light color that won't clash with your lights)

Take a black Striper (you can find these at Sally's beauty supply)

Take a dotting tool or small paint brush and gently create little lights. You can even just take a toothpick or dotting tool and place dots as your lights :)

Add a topcoat and there you have a cute festive mani
