First you start with your arms by your ears and stick out your foot
Keep your arms up by your ears and to a lunge
Then you keep your arms up and stick up your foot and go into a T position
Put your hands on the ground and kick your foot up
Kick both legs up and go into a straddle handstand
Then go down into the same position you did before
Then you end in a lunge with your arms beside your ears
