1.Put your left leg in front of you.
2.Put your hands in the air.
3.Push forward while stomping your right leg.
4.Put both of your hands on the mat.
5.Lift your right leg up and stomp with your left foot again.
6.Lift up both legs straight in the air,jump and land with your right leg before your left leg.
