The first thing you will do is 30 jumping jacks. A jumping jack is when you put your feet apart arms spread apart and jump then close into standing position.

The second step is 5 pushups. Make sure your back is straight and not bent.

The 3rd step is 25 high knees. High knees are when you are jumping but put one knee up at at a time while you are doing that.

The 4th step is 7 burpees. A burpee is when u go down into a pushup stance, then put your legs in, and jump back up into standing position.

The 5th step is 10 crunches. Crunches are when you lay on your back, knees bent, and hands behind your head. After that you lift your head up then back down.

The next step is 7 squats. Squats are when you bend your legs.

Next is 5 pushups.

Next is then 7 squats.

Then, 30 jumping jacks.

A 1 minute wall sit. A wall sit is when you act like you're sitting in a chair but do it against a wall. Do this for 1 minute.

5 pushups.

25 high knees.
