To do a back-bend, you will need a soft surface like carpet, or if you have a yoga mat that would work great also!
It is important to stretch out before doing a back-bend. (: Most importantly your back.
This stretch helps your stretches out your back. Cross one leg over the other, then put your opposite elbow on your knee and twist your back around.
Remember to do both sides. (:
To get started with a back-bend, you first will need support from a chair or another person who may hold you as you go down. Just bend backwards to get your back warmed up.
Repeat step 5 until you feel comfortable! Don't rush into it!!
Then hold your hands and arms up, keep your hands flat.
Then as slowly as possible start to lean backwards.
Keep on bending backwards until your hands are completely on the ground.
Then you just have completed a back-bend!!(:
