Metallic Silver nail polish
Dotter (u can buy these at any nail art salon) if u can find one u an use toothpick anyway :)
Of course you'll be needing this if in case u made mistakes ;)
1st step gold

Then black paint it like melting using the dotter

Then do the same with the metalic silver!:)
