If you use a kettle with an electric wire to heat up your boiling water, you may know that after a while it starts coating with limescale, if you let it go the kettle will perform worse with time

Here is how it looks covered with limescale, you can see a layer of crystallized material around the wire

Mix 1part of white vinegar with 1part of water until you have enough to cover the wire entirely. You can use the same water you normally put here, the same one that generated that same limescale.

Set aside for 30min and the magic is done!

Rinse well with water at least 5 times to remove all the vinegar and it's ready to be used again! Back to the original shininess!
