Beat butter in a bowl on medium speed for 5 minutes until creamy and fluffy
Slowly add icing sugar until it has reached a thick consistency
Add desired colour
Pipe icing onto pre made and cooled cupcakes
Roll cupcakes into the sugar dust
Trim ice cream wafers (may need a few spares) so that one end has its corners trimmed
Melt white choclate
Cover ice cream wafers evenly in melted chocolate and chill in fridge for 10 minutes
Use serrated knife to to cut a hole for the chocolate wafers
Pipe icing around the edges of wafers and roll in sugar dust
Insert wafer in cupcake with wider edge in the cupcake
Use white chocolate as glue to bond chocolate sticks to wafer
Add fondant bow or your own decorations, make it your own
