How to decorate champagne glasses for an oscar party

I bought two packages from the dollar store. The bottoms come off which made this an easy craft.

Gather supplies.

Hold the glass base underneath...

Using a sponge brush, spread mod podge over cup base.

Make sure you have good coverage.

Sprinkle glitter over mod podge.

Set on wax paper to dry.

Bling!

Ready for champagne!
