How to decorate an elmo cupcake

Let your cupcakes cool, cut your marshmallows and Oreos before asking icing!

Mix in red food coloring.

Pipe icing on cupcake by dabbing it, to make it look furry.

Hopefully it will be nice a furry.

Add half marshmallows to cupcakes for eyes.

Add smarties, stick them by using a little bit of icing.

Add a Jaffer for the nose.

Add the half Oreo for the mouth.

There you go! Finished Elmo cup cakes!
