rest the cupcakes, before you ice
organize your marshmallows, preferably use white
Ice cupcakes when cool, colour the icing depending on your petal colour
cut the marshmallows in half and dip them in sugar, sticking them side by side in the icing
keep layering the petals upwards
finish with sprinkling some more sugar over the top
Present your cupcakes in different ways
