How to decorate a cookie cake

Start by doing your border. Icing tip #21.

Add more colors to your border. Still using the #21 tip.

Write the message either in white or a lighter color icing. Using a #18 tip.

Fill in the writing and make bolder.

Final step take other color icing and use #6 tip and write on top with color.
