How to decorate a charm

Start off with a piece of tape not that long.

Tape it onto the bottom of your charm.

Cut a thin piece of tape and put on near the end/middle.

Now paint on your nail polish between the tapes!!

Let it dry a few minutes before pulling off the tape and there you go!
