Cyber bullying or otherwise known as cyber harassment has become increasingly common, it is a form of bullying using electronics to say spiteful things to one another.
A good way to help stop the cyber bullying if it is happening to you or a friend is to tell a trusted adult. However.......
..some people feel uncomfortable telling someone in person what is causing them to feel upset so if you are one of those people perhaps try e-mailing or texting this trusted person,this you may prefer
A sign that your friend or family is being bullied online is: faking illness. Changes in eating habits, like suddenly skipping meals Difficulty sleeping or frequent nightmares.
Social media is where most cyber bullying takes place on sites such as: Facebook, Snap chat, Instagram, Twitter etc.
Think about how you would feel if someone posted this to you. Would you like it if it was sent to you? If everyone thinks before they post then cyber bullying can surely be prevented.
